November 6 1997"Pleasing to men"
I sit and watch a busy tavern. I see men discussing, some women serving men, and other women seeking to constantly interject their thoughts and words into the conversations of men. I feel a need to reiterate that it is a slave's sole purpose to be pleasing to men. This is what brings satisfaction to a true slave. A slave is not pleasing when she attempts to attract the attention of men in such a manner as to idly, without permission, voice her thoughts on the matter of which men are speaking. There are many ways in which a slavegirl can attract the attention of a man without directly seeking involvement in his affairs. True slavegirls know these ways; it can be as simple as a shy glance from across a crowded room, or as intricate as a well thought out, and perfect delivery of his paga, whether he asks for it in a footed bowl, a bottle, a bota, or a Coca-Cola can.
"Men are not here for slaves, slaves are here for men"
It is when a woman discovers this simple fact, and implements it in her words and actions, that she becomes truly beautiful, she becomes a slave, and is ultimately pleasing to men. It is not surprising that I find little or no beauty in most women who call themselves slavegirls. Their actions and words betray them as simple attention-seeking subbies. Some men, though it seems not many, are not here for the benefit of slaves. Understand that a man may be Gorean without owning a slave. He may embrace many of the ideas of Gor, without a slave being at his feet. A woman, on the other hand, would find it impossible to be a slave without men to serve. She may, perhaps, find herself slave to her own belly, but if we follow that short path we see it undoubtedly leads back to the biological need of a slavegirl to suffer her delightful surrender at the hands of a man.
"Can a slavegirl be a slave at the hands of another woman?"
I see women collared to, and supposedly owned by other women, and I truly wonder at this. Those of you who are familiar with the not-so-fictional physiological means by which a woman is shown her slavery, written of a great many times in Norman's works, might also wonder. A woman is introduced to her slavery not by other women, but by stong men. Once enslaved, emotionally and physically, she burns for and needs nothing but, the touch of men. There is no grey area here; it is simple fact that a woman who truly understands and feels her slave belly, does not wish to be owned by a weak human being. I would hope that these slavegirls who are owned by freewomen, are allowed to seek out the control, and touch of men. It would be a pity if they are denied this.
"Why do so many freewomen forget their place?"
I have long pondered this much too common oddity among women with capped nicknames. Do they think that men will put up with their assumed equality for long? Just the other night, I asked a question of a woman who entered my tavern, and she had the audacity to leave without responding. She forgets her place. You may rest assured that the next time she stumbles in, she will be unceremoniously removed for her ignorance. If a woman feels the need to come and interact with men on a free basis, I would think she would at least remember that Gor is not a women's world. There are so few freewomen who know their place here, yet I will say it is very enjoyable to interact with these few that bear their status as it should be borne.
"What is a safe haven?"
An amusing idea. What are we safe from in these places? Are we safe because they do not allow "killing" there? Is it not a man's choice to either accept or deny these games wherever he is? Perhaps it is a place where "slaves" can feel protected from those beasts among us that might actually treat them as slaves. God forbid a woman who titles herself "slave" be treated as such! Woe is the man who visits a "safe haven" and addresses the "slaves" as wenches, or sluts. How rude of him! Beast!
"Protection and training offered"
Roughly translated: Please come and join our channel so it will be busy all you new slaves out there we will love you and protect you and teach you that you are not to be mistreated and give you a collar so you can be a Gorean princess and bla bla bla...". People will visit your channels, not because of what you "offer", but because of what you are. Enough said.
"To my lap, little one"
It always makes me laugh when I see a freewoman do this to a slave (poor deprived girl). Even more amusing is when it is a kajirus. It gives me a mental image of this huge, well muscled woman drawing a little slave to her lap. I wonder if these women even think about the possibility that the slave they so effortlessly draw to their lap might just be bigger than they are. By the way... since when is a freewoman's place to "lap" with anyone in pubic anyway? Live and learn, ladies.
"As for those little slaveboys"
It makes me sick to think that they are men. I think this world we live in has far too many slaveboys in it already, with their noses well buried in the sex of human females, when, and only when, the female allows it. I personally prefer to eat when I am hungry, not when someone tells me I may eat.
In closing, I will share a bit of Gorean trivia:
- For every one slavegirl on Gor, there are forty to fifty freewomen. (frowns) There are exceptions to this ratio, such as the city of Tharna, where most women are enslaved. I found this interesting little tidbit in Beasts of Gor, but, I seem to have forgotten the page number.
I wish you well, Goreans
