A Slave's Thought By spiritlass

The Actions of slaves

lassy has again been re-reading source books :)) and this time she is re-reading Slave Girl of Gor.. <groan> lassy can now remember why she didn't read it the first time through, the first 200 pages of reading were like pulling teeth to lassy. In those few pages ..lassy learned to despise Clitus Vitellius. He was arrogant, maniacal, egotistical, cold and callous. But as lassy trudged through page after page ..she noticed something odd, she was, herself, warming to the type of person He was. Strict, firm, no nonsense, in control, intelligent, sharp, and quick.

As lassy continued on with her reading, and following the story of Judy Thornton, she also discovered that the slaves, even those well trained, and those born of Gor, carried traits of jealousy, hate, vie for the attentions of the Masters, do everything in their power to keep that special place they felt was theirs.

But then lassy got to thinking, even though slaves are taught not to be jealous and this type of behavior is frowned upon, as it is unbecoming a slave, it does in fact occur. lassy is not talking about the jealousies that come from girls vying for the attentions of a Master, that is somewhat expected, rather those jealousies that come about when a slave holds themselves above another.

These jealousies are often fostered in the mind of the slave that holds themselves above another. It could be a matter of self-import, a place upon a chain, riches the slave may *think* she has, that she feels others want. It could be a near perfect service, the list can be endless depending upon the mind of the slave. The definition of jealousy is an easy one: envious, suspicious, apprehensively watchful, solicitious, zealously careful. These traits are often hard for a slave to remove, ignore, and control, but they can be controlled under the watchful eye of the Master.

So lassy then looks again, at the source book, and then IRC Gor. Not much different ..both places a make believe world, after all we are not on Gor, so why should slave behavior be any different? The only difference in the source books and here on the electronic medium is that here, some slaves haven't learned the one thing they did in the source books... no one cares! Slaves are here to please the Masters. Their only goal, their only purpose is to please the Masters and serve them to the best of their abilities and strive for that perfection.

Who cares if "so and so" doesn't like "so and so", or that "so and so" got the collar "so and so" wanted? It just means that the slave has to strive a bit more to be pleasing, strive for perfection, so that the slave may yet, gain the favor of the Master she vies for, or the attentions of any Master. Slaves are but property, we are all the same.
